Staff Bios

A graduate of Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management as well as an Associate of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After 12 years in the Food and Beverage/Hospitality industry Entering the golf industry in 1993, Bo became a Class “A” PGA Professional in 1999. Bo has been overseeing private, semi-private as well as public golf facilities for over 21 years. Bo has developed many new and exciting programs to bring golfers fun, excitement and a desire to participate. His focus on customer service has earned him recognition throughout the industry. His passion for the golf industry is evident and infectious. Bo has been nominated Golf Professional of the Year in both the South Florida Section PGA and the Southeast Chapter of the South Florida Section PGA in 2020. Bo has also been a Merchandiser of the Year – Private facility, finalist twice. Bo is a longtime supporter of Women’s and Junior Golf and has been recognized by various Junior Tours for his commitment and dedication to Junior Golf. He has raised over $750,000.00 for various charities in the last twenty years including Play for Pink and Hospice. Bo now serves as the WT Dwyer HS Panther Athletic Booster Club President as well as a volunteer Assistant coach for both the girls and boys golf team. Bo has been honored by the Palm Beach County School Board for my contribution in the community through his active involvement at WT Dwyer High School.

An avid golfer, Susan brings to Osprey Point a vast knowledge of the world of golf. She volunteers with the Florida State Golf Association, US Kids, AJGA, and, the LPGA tour, in many capacities. Susan has been involved with The Honda Classic for over 19 years and is currently the Division Chair of Scoring. She also has a relationship with the local sports commission, heading volunteer activities for various golf tournaments. Susan is a notary public and, in her spare time, she is an avid reader. She holds a bachelor degree in Business Management. Susan calls Delray Beach her home.

A native of Oyster Bay, N.Y., Bobby moved to South Florida in 2006. His first foray into golf in South Florida was at Boca Dunes Country Club, where he served as the Assistant Pro during his first year in the state before becoming a Teaching Pro the next year. A 2005 graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy in Orlando, Bobby also holds a Callaway Club Fitting Certification and is a U.S. Kids certified golf coach. In addition to his instructional duties, Bobby has also served as the Junior Golf Chairman of the South Florida PGA Southeast Section, a position he held from 2009 through 2011.

One of the most respected golf instructors in the world, Don Law has been a PGA member since 1993 and opened the Don Law Golf Academy in 1999. A recognized expert in teaching the game of golf and possessing a passion for junior instruction, he has won numerous awards, beginning with the South Florida Section of the PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year in 2001. He garnered a PGA Distinguished Service Award in 2006 and has been named the area's Golf Professional of the Year three times in the last 10 years. Don was inducted into the South Florida Section of the PGA Hall of Fame in 2013 and has been named a Top 50 Instructor by Golf Range of America three times. The awards have continued as in 2015, Don was named to Swing Man Golf's Top 100 Most Popular Golf Instructors in the World.
